- How long advance notice I need to reserve a car?:

Online booking requires 24 hour advance notice however for shorter notices you can call (201) 906 4419 to make sure your car will be available at the time you requested.

- What type of payments you accept?

We accept almost all types of payments. Major credit cards will be accepted, debit cards, personal checks , corporate checks, money order, Cash, etc...

- Do I have to register and fill out a profile to make a simple reservation?

You do not need to fill out a profile to make a quick reservation- Just to to the home page and make a quick reservation but to get a confirmation you will need to input a valid email address.

- How can I get a corporate account number and become a client? 

There are 3 ways to get account number and become a corporate client:

A: Click on the Tab that says corporate account application form and fill out the form

B: On the home page, click on the register and fill out the form

C: Call: (201) 906 4419 and have the dispatcher set up the account for you

Upon registerin, you will be assignes a temporary account number and after the first time using the service, the permanent account number will be granted and you can use it for your future reservations, accessing your account, view or paying your bills and accessing your payment history.

- How can I pay my bill online?

The first time you want to pay your bill online, you'll have to call the accounts manager (201) 906 4419 to set up your account for online payment

This will be only one time set up. After that, you'll be able to access your account and pay online and print a copy for your records.

- What if I see any errors on my bills?

If you see any errors on any of your informations or bills, please call (201) 906 4419 or email us at: so we can fix the error.
